Requirements

At VIMY HR, we believe scaling businesses deserve a true HR department without the overhead. That’s why we pair our clients with dedicated pods: a Senior Consultant and an Advisor working together to bring strategy and execution to life. Our values—Commitment, Resourcefulness, Freedom, Integrity, and Generosity—guide everything we do, both for our clients and for each other.

The Senior Consultant serves as the strategic lead for client engagements, partnering with owners and senior leaders of small- to medium-sized businesses to define people strategy and guide long-term HR direction. While HR Advisors support the day-to-day operational work, the Senior Consultant provides high-level insight, establishes priorities, and ensures alignment between business objectives and HR practices.

The role focuses on building strong HR frameworks, enhancing existing programs, and coaching leaders through complex decisions to support sustainable growth. The Senior Consultant leads with confidence, empathy, and sound judgment, strengthening clients’ people strategies while empowering Advisors to execute on tactical deliverables.

What You’ll Do

  • Human Resource Program Leadership: Initiate and lead HR programs and special projects to advance strategic business goals.

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research through various methods like data collection, interviews, and surveys to identify HR gaps, internal issues, strengths, and strategic priorities.

  • Policy Development: Lead the creation and integration of policies and processes that mitigate organizational risk and support a positive employee experience.

  • Advisory Role: Provide on-call advice and recommendations to leadership for resolving HR issues, both minor and significant.

  • Strategic Planning: Devise strategic and practical plans to address HR needs and drive business results.

  • Change Management: Create plans and techniques to manage and drive organizational and cultural change.

  • Program Design and Implementation: Collaborate with team Specialists to design and implement HR programs.

  • Technology Solutions: Select and implement suitable HR technology solutions.

  • Training and Development: Develop and facilitate training workshops for leaders and employees.

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employer branding.

  • Process Improvement: Review systems and processes, making modifications to address any identified issues.

  • Networking and Business Development: Develop relationships within the HR and business community, network with individuals and jobseekers, and contribute to the business development initiatives for VIMY HR.

  • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a motivation to continuously improve and grow VIMY HR resources.
