Our model is predictable subscription-oriented support or project-based — so you’re not hit with eye-watering hourly bills out of nowhere. You get consistent, strategic HR help without the full-time payroll line item. Billing details and plans are shared in your proposal so you know exactly what you’re paying for. (If you want industry norms to compare, some firms in related consulting charge hourly or flat retainer — VIMY HR keeps it straightforward).
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We believe in earning your business every month with the quality of our work and the value we deliver. You stay because we're worth it, not because you're locked in. (That’s how good HR support should be.)
Do you do that one thing I need help with?
Probably. We’re generalist HR pros with deep experience in everything from recruitment to leadership development and performance systems. If there’s something super niche, we’ll tell you straight — and either do it or connect you with someone who can.

Are you remote or in-person?
We’re Alberta-based with roots in Calgary and Edmonton and happy to support clients across the province and beyond. Remote works for most things; in-person can be great for kickoffs or deeper engagements.
